Careers at AetherisMed

Help build the operational intelligence layer for modern hospitals.

We are bringing people, departments, workflows, and decisions into one coordinated surgical journey. We are looking for curious builders and healthcare thinkers who want to solve meaningful operational problems responsibly.

Skills-first hiring

Potential is not measured only in years.

Strong fresh graduates and early-career professionals can bring exceptional technical ability, new perspectives, and the confidence to work with emerging tools. We welcome them alongside experienced candidates and assess everyone through demonstrated skills, practical thinking, and ownership.

Ability over tenure

We assess how you think, build, learn, and take ownership—not simply how many years appear on your CV.

Healthcare with humility

We listen to the people doing the work and never confuse software capability with clinical judgement.

Build for real operations

We focus on useful workflows, responsible technology, and measurable operational clarity.

Open opportunities

Build with us from an early stage.

These roles are intentionally open to both promising freshers and experienced candidates. Seniority and responsibilities can be shaped around demonstrated capability.
